SHORT BIO
Vice Director of the Institute for New Rural Development of Peking University, winner of the Excellent Young Scientist Fund of NSFC (2019). She is interested in human capital (education and training), digital technology, and agricultural and rural development. She has been exploring how to reform and improve the design of relevant public policies to improve their performances. By August 2023, she has published 100 articles, including 64 in SCI/SSCI-indexed journals. She also actively supports government policy decisions and submitted 15 policy briefs to the central government, 12 of which were approved by national leaders.
