主要研究领域大豆是世界重要的粮油兼用作物,国内大豆供需矛盾日益突出,我国大豆进口依存度持续增加,已经严重影响我国粮食安全,特别是在有限耕地的基本国情下,实现我国“大豆复兴”,是刻不容缓的国家重大战略需求。大豆是敏感型高温短日作物,光周期调控大豆开花时间不仅影响其地域适应性,而且影响产量,因此掌握光周期诱导大豆成花的分子调控机理对培育高产大豆具有重要的指导意义。此外,大豆生长和发育过程中易受到逆境(盐碱、干旱、高低温等)胁迫,因此发掘并利用耐逆关键基因对培育耐逆大豆新品种至关重要。
本课题组将综合运用分子遗传学、基因组学、细胞生物学和生物化学等手段,在已有基础上,对大豆进行染色质修饰相关突变体的创建和收集,从染色质修饰调控的角度揭示外界环境因素(光周期及逆境等)对大豆生长发育的调控,并深入探索外界环境因素与大豆互作的分子机制和遗传网络,为大豆分子设计育种提供理论基础。主要研究方向如下:
(1)光周期调控大豆开花时间的基因网络解析;
(2)大豆耐逆功能基因发掘及作用机制研究。
